If you set the bucket level, it will stay pretty close to level. You can't disable a mechanical self leveling system but once you get used to it I can't imagine why anyone would want to.

Your best choice is probably get a new self leveling loader from Branson to replace the one you have. Or if you have the skills, tools and time, fabricate something to suit your needs.
