May 10, 2013 · The backhoe boom will not swing fully to the right. Goes almost to the stabilizer to the left, but only 1/2 way there to the right. I don't have foot pedals - just a 4 joystick (2 stabilizers, 2 for the hoe) in back. Where should I start looking for problem (s). Thanks, Thanks alrman.
